What differentials would you recommended in the following case study?

HPI: The patient states she has been fatigued for the last two months. State she always feels tired and does not sleep well at night, waking often during the night. She also has complaints of headaches that are dull and aching that are generalized throughout her head. She rates the pain as a 3/10 when they occur. She has tried Tylenol with relief of the headaches.Both of these symptoms have progressively gotten worse over the last two months. She denies trying anything to help sleep at night. She also states she has lost interest in her usual activities. She used to like to go to the gym and go out with family friends, but has stopped going because she fears she is not spending enough time with her family. She has called out of work eight times in the last two months due to her fatigue. She claims she has frequent crying spells because she fears she is not spending enough time with her family. She reports a weight loss of ten pounds over the last month because of her lack of appetite. The patient states these symptoms came on suddenly after her children started back to school for the year. She has never experienced these symptoms before.
