Question: A company's latest employee survey shows that 18 out of 20 different workplace measures are rated by employees as important/very important. The same survey also shows that only 5 of the workplace measures are given a good/very good performance rating by employees. You are asked by your manager why this is, and why are some measures more important to the company's success than others. You must also come up with "some out of the box solutions." You have experience with such surveys in past workplaces. Using Sternberg's Triarchic Theory of Intelligence as studied in this class and the textbook, give a very short example from this scenario of EACH of the three basic types of intelligence you can apply and why.
