An evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of two different types of organisational structures - BMC's structure and another of your choice. (AC 1.1)

Choose two different organisations

One should be BMC, the other can be any other organisation (your work place)

For both the companies, discuss:

  • The type of organisation and industry (eg: private, public and/ or profit, not for profit)
  • Their organisation structure
  • The advantages and disadvantages of the structure of the two companies (use a table)
