Title: - Organisational Performance and Culture in Practice

Scenario: As a member of the People Practice Team for BMC,Prepare a report about organisational strategy, including how people practice can support strategic change and the achievement of business goals. The aim of the report is to ensure managers understand organisational strategy, and the connections between structure, strategy and the wider business environment.

Supported with good examples to support the answer.

Good explanations of the key components of planning strategies for ensuring projects are delivered in line with customer requirements focussed on the BMC case study. A minimum of two good examples to support e.g., project plan components such as goals, milestones, risks, costs etc. Good explanation of strategies to ensure project meets requirements, e.g., project leadership, monitoring activities, evaluation activities.
