How do you reconcile Wang's statement with that of Hu Hanmin's statement in his April 1906 "Peoples Report": "The Manchu government is evil because it is the evil race that usurped our government, and their evils are not confined to a few political measures but are rooted in the nature of the race and can neither be eliminated nor reformed."
