• Provides fully funded medical and dental benefits
• Requires a 4 week training course for every employee
• Offers cash to training employees to keep only dedicated employees
• Has a list of 10 core values
• Employees look at many different types of jobs within the company

A lot of the techniques that listed are things that a lot of companies are reluctant to do. There's people that still struggle to find benefits, even if they are becoming more commonplace. Having a training that all employees have to go through is a really good idea though, as it provides a sense of equality and similarity among coworkers."
