Question 1. State your research topic and purpose.

This research topic is on the issue if Genetically Modified Foods (GMF) provide more nutrition than regular foods. The objective is to determine if people should be consuming more GMFs than regular food.

Question 2. State your research question(s).

I would also like to explore if GMFs provide more nutritional value than regular food.

Question 3. List and label the variables as independent, dependent, intervening, or moderating.

The independent variable is the amount of nutrients found in GMFs and regular food.

The dependent variable would be the different types of GMFs and regular foods. This includes nutrients in both foods. The nutrients influence the independent variable.

The intervening variable is the amount of food consumed.

The moderating variable is the person's health.

Question 4. State your hypothesis.

People who want to increase the amount of nutrients they consume will choose GMFs over regular food.

Question 5. Describe the limitations present in your study. Be thorough.

Limitations for this research are that there is little to no research on the nutritional value of GMFs since it's something new. Also, when conducting the experiment, the people in the study cannot be monitored all the time. Therefore, a researcher conducting the study will not be able to accurately collect data because the subject can break diets, making the results inaccurate.
