The questionnaire measures five key personality traits which have been found to correlate with those of successful entrepreneurs. Your 1,500-word self-reflection report should be structured as you feel necessary. You are required to reflect on ‘where you are' before you begin your learning and development journey on the MSc Entrepreneurship and Business Development' programme.

Your report should demonstrate how you have developed your sense of self-awareness and an understanding of your own strengths and weaknesses as entrepreneurs. You should explain how you have developed and improved a range of skills and competences that are of great importance to being an entrepreneur. You should reflect on your development during the course delivery so far and consider how, and in what ways, you have developed and how you could develop in the future. You will have taken part in the block delivery workshops for the Module and covered Critical Thinking, Mindfulness Decision Making, Problem Solving, and Public Speaking. The learning and teaching activities throughout the workshops were designed for you to develop an understanding of the complex relationship between learning and development as vital in order to develop a broader understanding of how entrepreneurs change and evolve during their careers. Presentation and Structure of Your Report

• Word count - 1,500 words excluding bibliography etc.
• Your Assessment should have a title page with a title, your names and student numbers.

Assessment Component 2: Detailed Self-Assessment Report
In order to complete this assessment task, you will need to seek feedback from a range of relevant others on your skills and competences. The rationale is to enable entrepreneurs to assess the differences between their own assessment of their levels of necessary skills and competences - and the assessment of others about them. This will enable you to formulate and begin work on a plan for professional development which will become a lifelong learning journey. You will produce a report outlining the results of these; this will include a reflective piece on the gap between these, and how or why such gaps may have arisen. You are required to show how you plan to address the gaps. The 70% component word count will be 4,500 words.
