What would be three different strategies plans to implement for the Starbucks corporation?

My group currently has the following recommendations.

CLC-Group Strategic Recommendations

1. Starbucks ' goals develop an increase in the marketing and advertising in the portions of the market and increase the customer base with a direct strategy position to a lower-priced product. This repositioning will help the customer's perception of the affordability of purchasing coffee routinely from Starbucks. Everyone will be able to enjoy the Starbucks experience. At the current high prices, not everyone can afford the Starbucks experience.
2. The second goal will be penetrating one new country a year. To match our purpose of providing lower-priced coffee, we will need to increase our advertising amount to market our product to an expanded target market more significant portion of the population.
3. The final goal is to effectively transition the executive team with a specific company area that could perform better under new circumstances. Diversity among executives needs to be a priority, especially in positions tasked with developing the Starbucks brand in countries like Africa and India. The current President of Starbucks EMEA, Duncan Moir, will be replaced by Rosalind G. Brewer. She has 30 years of know-how currently with the employment and a previous background as an executive with Starbucks; Rosalind would be the best interim choice to sustain Starbucks ' prosperity. We do not see any additional costs accompanying this move as Brewer would receive a pay increase to her new level.
