A research proposal is a detailed "blue-print" of the research process from the beginning to the end. In every research activity, the research proposal should be carefully prepared long before any research activity is allowed to begin. The researcher must present the proposal to the management in order to convince them regarding the significance of the research itself to the company. Once the management is satisfied with the proposed research, they would approve the research budget, and anything related to the proposed research itself.
