Option 3 (MO7-4): Identify a job. Utilizing at least 3 different performance appraisal methods, develop a performance appraisal instrument. Note that absolute and relative measures are not methods in and of themselves and should not be listed as methods. 360 degree systems are not methods either, focus on specific instrument types. Indicate how the combination is better than any single method you have used.
