Job satisfaction, commitment, and engagement are often grouped together; however, they measure different elements of employees' attitudes towards their jobs. Based on these three areas of employee attitudes, do you think they really matter to the productivity and morale of the company? Explain your reasoning for all three distinct areas.

In addition, discuss how each of these areas are measured by your company. If they are not measured, provide recommendations for how they should be measured with specific examples from this unit's required unit resources.
