Question: You work for a hospital, and the hospital serves an area that is a lot like Marshall, Minnesota. Let's call it ShmaShmera Hospital. You've had complaints, recently, about the quality of cross-cultural communication with patients from providers. You have been given the task to come up with a 3 part series where it is your responsibility to teach others in the hospital about how to effectively communicate with the patients of this hospital.
