Q1. The airline industry has gone through some rough times during the last 4-5 years and is slowly recovering now. Various types of innovation are attributed to this turn around taking place. State 5 major innovations that can be implemented in the coming months and years by airlines to maintain a loyal frequent flyer base and also to attract new customers from the competition. Explain each innovation and how the airline could implement it and what some of the risks are that should be considered when deciding if those innovations should be implemented or not.
