Scenario: As the owner of a U.S. based coffee distributor, you have recently acquired a competing coffee processing facility based in another country (you may use the same country you selected for a previous assessment, or you may choose a different country). There is a very small existing staff, but you need to expand operation rapidly, which will require hiring more employees. After completing some research about how cultural and legal differences might impact HRM in this nation, you must recommend to your management team as to what approach the company should take to staff this growing facility.
