Identify Concerns: As a Federalist OR Anti-Federalist, identify two concerns you have about the structure of the government and where power should reside.

Discuss the Bill of Rights: Explain why, as a Federalist, you did not think the U.S. Bill of Rights was necessary, OR why, as an Anti-Federalist, you believed it was essential and refused to ratify the Constitution without it.

Describe the Compromise: Explain why, as a Federalist, you eventually agreed to add the U.S. Bill of Rights, OR how, as an Anti-Federalist, you helped convince the Federalists to include it.

Defend and Support Your Viewpoint: Defend your viewpoint (Federalist or Anti-Federalist) on the issues regarding ratifying the Constitution.

Explain why your perspective is better and why the opposing viewpoint is not acceptable. Use historical details and logical arguments to support your position and give a clear understanding of the perspectives during this crucial time in American history.
