As a HR Manager of a small company. Since joining the organisation you have been told that the organisation suffers with a very high level of Absenteeism and Turnover. You have been asked to investigate the situation:

Within your groups you have to come up with a strategy to address this issue. Of course, you are going to have to identify the reality of this problem and its causes if the reality is true.

  • Identify what your groups will consider the true problem of the situation
  • Come up with what actions you will take to diagnose the situation based on how you see the problem
  • Present the data you found, your approach to finding it, and how it supports your view of the problem.
  • Based on the data you have collected what will you present to the CEO as he way forward.
