Motivation is the force that drives a person to do things. Emotion is how we feel about what we are doing. This paper will provide you with an opportunity to identify and reflect on your sources of motivation, and how you feel about them. In this short paper, you will identify and reflect on the differences between motivation and emotion. Using information from the course readings and module only, define and describe the two primary types of motivation and the various components of emotion, and contrast the difference between motivation and emotion using an example from your life.
