Teams have different needs, and people in organizations should be selected for a team to ensure diversity and expertise to fill various roles.

Please write a paragraph answer to each of the following two questions. Explain your answer fully and incorporate material from this week's readings where appropriate, to help support your answer

Nine potential team roles are outlined in your textbook. Study this list and choose two to comment on. For each of these two, give an

example of personal experiences you have had working with people who have fulfilled each role.

Check out the list of roles again. Which of these roles have you personally played in a team? List the roles you have filled within groups. What was it you did exactly, which makes you assume that that was the role you played?
