She receives the following amounts from her various investments during the year: • $2,000 – Fully franked dividend from a resident public company with an imputation credit of $800. • $3,000 – Un-franked dividend from a non-resident company. • $5,000 – Un-franked dividend from a resident private company. • $7,000 – Fully franked dividend from a resident private company with an imputation credit of $3,000 Required: i. State what amounts would be included in Cherrie’s assessable income and if any franking rebates would be available to her. ii.
