Overview

You have hired several new employees, and you want to set the expectations for them. Since employees often have trouble differentiating between unprofessional and unethical behavior, you are going to write a memo to your team that explains to them what unprofessional and unethical behaviors in the workplace look like.

Instructions

Write a 600 - 700 word memo in which you:
- Provide an introductory paragraph that discusses why you are addressing this topic with the employees, explains that it is an important component of workplace ethics, and establishes your expectations for employees after they read the memo.
- Define unprofessional behavior and provide 2 - 3 examples.
- Define unethical behavior and provide 2 - 3 examples.
- Explain the difference between the two and discuss the importance of being able to determine when something is unethical or unprofessional.
