Read Singer's editorial form the New York Times Magazine titledThe Singer Solution to World Poverty.

Pretend that Peter Singer's article has just been run as an editorial in the weekly Religion section of your local newspaper.

Compose a short (2-3 paragraphs) letter to the editor in which you give your reaction the article.

In response to Singer's article, your Letter to the Editor must include the following line: "As a Christian, I believe that..."

You may finish this sentence however you like.

Make sure your letter is tactful, but also pointed enough to warrant its publication by the editor.

It is not necessary to apply a formatting style for this assignment except when using a source to support your writing.
