Question: Discuss the difference between a team and a work group. A team is a group of people whose success is dependent on the performance of each member. A work group is a group of people whose success is not dependent on the performance of each member.

Now that you know the difference, have you ever participated in a team (note, anything from athletic to work team)? What did you like about it, what did you dislike about it? What makes a team successful. What prevents a team from being successful?
