What is the possible diagnosis and 3 other potential diagnosis include the definition of each and explain why each diferential diagnosis is rule out for this hypothetical patient.CC: "I have had this painful swelling on my left testicle, for the past 4 days." HPI: D.O is a forty-year-old Caucasian male, presenting to the clinic with complaints concerning a painful swelling on his left testicle. The patient reported that the lump is slightly up his testicle and the pain he experiences is always on and off, especially with walking or after sexual intercourse. He reports the started 4 days ago. On some occasions, the pain grows too much and becomes uncomfortable while on other occasions, the pain subsides. He stated the pain is sharp and it radiates to his pelvic. Pain severity of 6/10 and he has been taking 2- 3 Ibuprofen tablets with unknown dose. D.O also reports that on some occasions, he has attempted to manipulate the scrotum to no benefit. The swollen testicle had taken a psychological toll on the patient because D.O reports that he felt he was having a third testicle. D.O denies reports a prostate cancer history in their family and he is concerned.
