Question: At least 2x a week- write a journal entry talking about what mini-goals you have each week to help you accomplish your major health goal for the semester. Your first entry should not be on Monday as the week just started and you have probably not accomplished much towards your goal. Ideally, you should probably journal mid-week and at the end of the week, so the journals will be open from Wednesday to Sunday.

The Format should be:

Major Goal: Lose 7 lbs in 10 weeks

Mini-Weekly Goal: Eat less sugar this week and get to the gym 3 times.
