1. Start by thinking of a time that your mindset effected how you acted in a given stressful situation where you were not sure of what the outcome of the situation would be. Some examples could be (but are not limited to): Parenting Taking a class Public speaking Working in a customer-service related area Going to court for a speeding ticket/getting pulled over for a ticket Interviewing for a job Going to an exercise class at the gym for the first time Going on a date Asking your boss for a raise Buying a car Briefly describe the stressful situation you are thinking of and what your attitude was about it (did you feel negative about it? Did you already feel defeated - or were you confident? Etc.) What did you think was going to happen?

2. How did your attitude or your mindset towards the situation or the people effect your behavior in this situation?

3. Did you fulfill your self-fulfilling prophecy? In other words, did your attitude have a direct impact on your behavior, thus validating your attitude to begin with (remember, this can also happen in positive ways too!)? If so, how do you think you will approach future situations now that you're more aware of your attitude/mindset? If not, what besides your attitude influenced your decision making and why was that more influential than your attitude?
