Similarly, at the Firm level, what were the key trends and why, e.g., Sales, Unit Share, Value Share, COGS%, Debt, ROS, ROA, Stock Price, Firm Preference, Tech Capabilities, Dealer Coverage and Rating, Manufacturing capacity utilization, Inventory levels, etc.

Which goals, that you set for the Trial periods, did you achieve or not achieve and why?

As you already know what the starting position (Period 0) looks like, you can plan to get ready for the re-start.

Write a one-page report (12 Times New Romans, Single Space) about the two practice decisions. In the report please answer the following questions:

What were your objectives? Could you reach to your goals?
What were your strategies?
What did you learn from these two decisions, your company, and the simulation?
