You use an enzyme that attacks and breaks down peptidoglycan, which would specifically kill bacteria but not protozoa or fungus. After the treatment, you see under the microscope that the cells are ruptured and therefore dead. Did the protozoa cells die or did the fungus cells die? Please explain why.
