A male made an appointment to see an apartment that was advertised as for rent. The landlord advised over the phone that the apartment was still available. When the landlord met the prospective tenant in person he asked him where he was from. The prospective tenant advised he was from Russia. The landlord then advised him that the apartment was already rented and no longer available.
