Question: The Expansion was a 'natural experiment' of sorts, since there is data before and after the expansion and not all states expanded. Find two academic journal articles that look at the effects of the expansion on access to care or health outcomes.

The requirement that Medicaid enrollees should be required to work has been discussed for quite some time. Several states either implemented work requirements for all Medicaid recipients, or received waivers under the expansion to do so. Using at least two reputable sources, discuss the effects of work requirements on this population.

Find two states that chose not to expand. Using reputable sources, explain why they made this decision. Do you find their explanations to be sound? Why or why not?
