For creating the dialog diagram, I suggest you use MS Word (you are free to use other tools). Create a box using the textbox or a simple box icon. Use the line icon to create three compartments within the box. Once you have created one, you can simply copy and create the other ones. Simple change the reference numbers, the description, etc. of each box.
