Multisource feedback is a powerful tool for leadership development. As a diagnostic method for organizational development; however, multisource feedback is sometimes criticized. Based on your understanding of multisource feedback processes and the goals of organization development as described in your textbooks, list some key concerns organizations may have about the use of multisource feedback processes by organization development practitioners, specifically for the purpose of organization development.
