Ms. Zeta-Jones is a 50-year-old who presents with a diagnosis of bipolar II disorder. She was initially diagnosed with depression, but after her husband's battle with tongue cancer, her diagnosis of depression was changed to bipolar II disorder. She is worried she is "schizo" because of the medication she was prescribed since when she looked it up on Google, it said the drug was for "psychotic people" and she was worried about the side effects that might affect her movements. Ms. Zeta-Jones denes hallucinations, delusions, paranoia, social withdrawal, poor self-care, or lack of motivation. She is in the process of filming a new series called Queen America and is looking forward to acting but is afraid of the drug side effect and her ability to act. The drug is Aripiprazole (Abilify). Today she presents for a general check-up and her PE is normal.
