Mrs Agnes Kerr is an 86-year old women who has moved into Green haven long term care facility from her home of 54 years. Her diagnosis includes hypertension, emphysema, and Alzheimer's disease. Mrs. Kerr requires oxygen therapy. She is currently in her private room, crying uncontrollably. She is agitated, but you are unable to decipher what is wrong. You notice she is not wearing her oxygen, and the T.V. is on and very loud. Her concerned daughter arrives and finds her mothers behaviour to be very out of ordinary, so she is alarmed.
