Jennifer was complained itchiness under her belly snd was having having hard time bending. staff asked if they can check it she "agreed" as staff checked her skin area around it there was multiple rashes around and under the belly area the house manager took her to the SSM ER AROUND 7:15pm and Jennifer was diagnosed with yeast dermatitis and intergio. the nurses clean up the rash and she was discharged from the hospital and went home. she was prescribed and powder and cream to put that area.
