Jordan has been diagnosed with bipolar depression. He has been stable for over a year on lurasidone 100mg Taking it at the evening meal. He returns for follow up reporting the medication is not as effective. You review his medications and mood chart. Based on that, why would you expect the lurasidone to Not be as effective?
