Patient is a 23 year old male diagnosed with autism and DMDD presenting to the clinic for a follow up with mom. Patient denies any symptoms but mom reports tremors and nervousness. Tremors may be side effects from his medications. Patient doe does not take tabs, hence, Benadryl was prescribed for the tremors. Refill and appointment wa schedule for 6 weeks. Clonidine 5ML qam, 15ml qhs, Benadryl 5ml at bedtime. Risperidone 0.5mg.
