Devise a leadership training program for new management associates.
Select an industry (of your choice-government, banking, finance, sales, production, marketing, etc.) to analyze and research. This class project allows and calls for you to be creative/innovative in its development.
Include the following in your development of the program:
1) Consider the scope of the program-number of participants at a time; the length/duration of the program (days/weeks/months/years); cost (time, personnel, location(s), training materials) and Return on Investment (ROI), etc.
2) The Action-Observation-Reflection Model.
3) Conduct a GAPS analysis-identify and prioritize developmental needs.
4) What specific skills will be targeted to develop? Give reasoning of why these skills were chosen.

7) What role will mentoring play, if any?
8) Will feedback be provided and if so how?

10) Incorporate the use of competency models in your analysis and leadership program.
