Question: What do you think and writing your comment about this: "What problems will an organization experience if its employees don't fully understand what is expected of them?
In the first place, although it sounds silly, they must be informed in a concise manner of what is expected of them, for example a call center expects to serve customers well, that is, a worker must attend 10 calls, of which , the 10 must be results without losing the client and negotiating properly.
For the developmental purpose of performance management, a company might search through its database of performance feedback to find employees with accomplishments that make them good candidates for projects or promotions. How would specific (instead of general) feedback support this purpose?
In this case, it is particularly important to point out what is expected of comments, to have some feedback actions, to offer courses and to seek that the organization unifies efficiency and excellence."
