Your off-site meeting has gone well, all team members participated and provided you with information and feedback. You are now able to develop role and responsibility descriptions for each team member and plans for each team and address any resourcing requirements to support the team in achieve their team plans and set KPIs. Using the results of the meeting, you are required to write a report that provides details on the plans you have developed for each of the teams, the KPIs set for each team and the changes you need to implement to meet the outcomes of the meeting as per the dot points above. You need include in your assessment the job role and responsibilities for each team member.
