Class: Advance Project Management

I would like to start a restaurant (no matter what kind) for my project, and the project must have a clear set of objectives, start and end date, budget, stakeholders, resources to be managed, etc. please don't focus more on planning the ongoing operation of the restaurant, which is, by definition,not a project.

 

Here what i want you to do

 

Component 1: Identification and description of your project. Development of a Project Charter.

 

Component 2:  Identification of the appropriate project organization, including identification of Stakeholders, Team Members, and their associated roles and responsibilities.

 

Component 3: Development of a project budget, including an estimate of all costs, benefits, ROI, and Payback. This component must be completed in Excel.

 

Component 4:  Develop a Change Management Plan and a Risk Management Assessment and Plan for your project.

 

Component 5:  Develop a plan for Status Monitoring and Reporting, Issues Tracking, and Escalation.
