Sociocultural Theory proposes that becoming literate would fundamentally and qualitatively change the mind, and change the process of development. Do you think the same can be said for the rise of computers/internet? If the addition of computer/Internet tools to human cognitive activity would change the development and functioning of the mind -- in what ways does the mind change? List your ideas and proposals. In particular, pay attention to (a) how these tools change how people use their memories, (b) change how they manage attention, and (c) change how they manage their learning.

Im not looking for someone to write my paper, Im just asking to get ideas on other peoples thoughts about computers/internet in relation to the development process so I can formulate my own essay. A bullet proof answer to questions is fine, as long as the're constructivly  answered and make sense.
