Developing the theme throughout the entire event is important, from the invitation to a follow up thank-you gift or guest survey. Consider how you would develop a theme for a week-long conference for software programmers. The goal of the meeting is to provide training and networking, and to recognize the achievement of programmers who work around the United States for a large, well-known software company. The location will be in Orlando and the theme is up to you, but needs to be based on a popular animated movie such as Superman or Toy Story.
