1.For developing the health prevention program, you need to cover the following information:
•Identify features of an early intervention program
•Discuss different health care preventative techniques
•Specialist skills required for the program
•Create a program to meet the community health needs and objectives
•Develop evaluation plan
•Develop action plan.

2.  you are required to implement the health prevention program developed in the previous activity.
You are required to play the role of a community service worker who will implement the health prevention strategies developed in the previous activity to help the people suffering from mental health issues.
Two of your classmates will play the role of people who have depression and anxiety. They will respond to your treatment techniques as per the program developed in the previous activity.
You will be required to discuss the following to implement the heath prevention program:
• Greet the client
• Discuss the purpose of the session
• Discuss the issues which the client is facing
• Implement prevention techniques from the program
• Discuss the strategies to deal with depression and anxiety
• Explain the importance of exercise and healthy food
• Discuss an action plan for dealing with their issues.

3. , you will be required to email the stakeholders involved in implementing the health prevention program to obtain feedback.
You will be required to attach the feedback form to gather feedback from the stakeholders.

4., you will be required to prepare a report on the evaluation of the health prevention program from the feedback forms collected in the previous activity.
After evaluating the feedback forms, you will be required to identify the changes and recommendations required to make in the health program. The recommendation and changes need to be communicated to the relevant stakeholders by emailing them the updated health prevention program.
You will be required to cover the following in the report:
• Impact of health prevention program
• Importance of health prevention program
• Changes to be made in the health prevention program
• Recommendations for the health prevention program
• Email report to stakeholders
The changes which you will make in the health program need to be highlighted so that stakeholders can refer to that area while providing health services to the clients.
