Brownstein, Popp, and Hepburn. You work for a small law firm and are part of a committee that is developing standards for the technologies the lawyers will be authorized to use. The lawyers where you work are very autonomous, and they resist any rules they perceive are unnecessary. For the first meeting, each attendee has been asked to prepare a list of benefits lawyers will derive as a result of establishing standards. The committee chair hopes that promoting the benefits will lessen resistance to the new standards.
