1. Each student can determine which position in healthcare reimbursement they would like to develop a job description for. The job description and 3 interview questions must be different for each student in the group, students cannot submit the same information. The job descriptions must include the following specific elements:

o Job Title
o Salary Range
o Employment Type: Full/Part Time (include expected work hours)
o Currency
o Location
o Number of Openings
o Shift
o Job Description (this is a brief statement that describes what the organization is looking for)
o Responsibilities and Duties (list a minimum of 4 responsibilities and/or duties)
o Work conditions (remote work, travel, hours)
o Job Qualifications (list a minimum of 4 qualifications)
o Include education requirements
o Required Skills (list a minimum of 4 skills required for the position)

2. Developing engaging interview questions is the significant to a positive employment interview. Questions can be categorized in to two areas: (1) customary questions for all applicants and (2) individual questions that are developed from applicant's application or resume.

The job description must be 1 -2 pages and the interview questions must be approximately 1 page with 3 complete and relevant interview questions (2-3 sentences per question); use APA format; 12-point font; double-spaced; include a cover page, and references (if you used any information from another source).
