As part of its organisational strategy, an Australian technology company wants to enter the market for developing cutting-edge virtual reality products. In order to do so, they have attempted to recruit individuals with the required skills to develop such products by placing recruitment advertisements on billboards in the major Australian cities. However, after several months of searching, they have been unable to attract any candidates with the required skills. Briefly describe and justify a change that the company can make to their targeting strategy and messaging strategy to address this issue.
