You are the head of HR for a medium sized business in the hospitality sector. You have identified a number of problems with the current organizational culture as it relates to conflict. You are seeing an increase in the frequency of disputes in all levels of the organization. These disputes are generally between coworkers but there have also been cases of supervisor/subordinate conflict. The level of conflict is affecting the overall morale of your employees and is having a direct impact on your organizations customer service and ultimately its profits. It has been noted by supervisors that employees are very reluctant to reach out to them regarding conflict they are experiencing because they fear that their concerns will not be taken seriously.

Based on the above situation, define and prioritize the objectives you would focus on in developing an effective ADR system. Your answer should specify why you have prioritized your objectives in the order you have chosen.
