TRAINING PROGRAM and a PRESENTATION for WALMART or AMAZON
(as my pretend choice of company)
this is for my Human Resources Training + Development class
Choose a COMPANY which i did and I pick WALMART or AMAZON and the pretend scenario is that WALMART or AMAZON just created a department to manufacture and sell a new communications device which is called Automated Communication Wizard that will significantly reduce the time and cost invested in all transactions made by telephone and computer.
A TRAINING Program and a Presentation and i have have to make sure that my Training Program and Presentation supports WALMART's or AMAZON's strategic goal
Then what I need help with is to come up with the following:
training program to pretend that am selling this ACW device to WALMART and I need to develop a Presentation to convince them to sell this device or product at WALMART
3. I need a Report with table of contents, and conclusion page
( i need some information that I can use to make my own SLIDES Presentation)

and I also need to Explain, what will be my role in the training process, from beginning to end,
and who will play additional roles.
Explain the type of training that I will initiate based on your needs assessment, including the use of a competency model.
Select a model and explain why you choose it
a. The reasons for your choice
b. The processes of learning
c. External instructional events
d. Forms of instruction
5. What are four (4) ways the training will transfer?
6. What are the two (2) training methods that you will use and why?
7. Evaluation:
How will the training will be evaluated? Include data related to Return on Investment.
Part B Questions
For the Presentation I must include the following.
1. Summary and highlighting one (1) of the seven (7) components of your training plan as described in your report On the Conclusion part of my presentation I have to make a written report, as your sales presentation to justify the training program that you are suggesting.
