The way work is performed is constantly changing, due in large part to the pace with which technology and machine learning is being introduced to the workplace, as well as the recent onset of the pandemic, COVID-19. Describe the legal and ethical considerations that organizations must take into consideration when developing a Strategic Workforce Plan in response to special circumstances.

Also, Strategic Workforce Planning is the process in an organization of proactively identifying current and future human resource needs to meet business goals.
